1. What do you like the most about HCM? HCM is real! From day one when I first attended, I always received a warm welcome and everyone was always down to earth. No one judged or criticized me; there is always lots of love shown and everyone is treated equally--no one acts like they are better than the other. Pastor and First Lady are the two sweetest and genuine people and I just Love HCM and my HCM Family!
2. Do you enjoy your job/career? If so, why? Yes, because I love being able to help agencies protect their networks from being harmed from attackers.
3. Where in the world would you want to visit that you haven’t been to? Europe and Egypt
4. What is your most interesting goal that you haven’t achieved as of yet? Persuing a career in IT Forensics and pursuing a better understanding of the Bible on a level similiar to a Bible Scholar.
5. What has been the biggest change in your life? Losing my mom.
6. What person living or dead do you admire the most? I admire my mother the most. She was true believer in Christ; faithful and inspired many people including myself for the way that she lived her life for the Lord all the way to the end.

I love the First Lady and Son…they are the bomb… I love the fact that we don’t pretend that we have arrived in our attempt to live fully for God. When something unlike God is discovered, the family comes along side to deal with it all the while loving the person in the process with the goal to strengthen each other… I like that we are not afraid to take risk if we feel God is leading… Lastly, we are developing a Kingdom mentality and shedding the religious dogma of the 20th Century Church… I love it I love it…
6. Do you enjoy your job/career? If so, why? Well, I am a full time Pastor and Counselor and I know I am doing what I was created for so that gives me peace and satisfaction daily... I don’t always enjoy every aspect of my duties 24hrs a day, but all in all I’m in a great place...for now!

1. What is my passion? My passion is working with single mothers & young women. My desire is to guide them into being all that God has destined them to become. 
2. What is your favorite sport and team? My favorite sport is basketball!! I LOVE basketball! I’ve coached for two AAU basketball teams and I also play in a women’s league. My favorite college team is Georgetown. I’ve been a Hoya fan since 1986.
3. If I can change one thing about my life, what would it be? I wouldn’t change anything! Romans 8:28 states that, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
So there was a purpose to everything I’ve been through, experienced and encountered and for that, I am thankful! 
4. What has been the biggest change in your life? The birth of my son, Jalen. It forced me to look at the path of my life and change where I was headed. I understood the responsibility I had in raising my son to love & fear the Lord, so I had to mature and become the example.

5. Do you enjoy your job/career? If so, why? I do enjoy my career. I am a Health Education teacher at a middle school in the area. I am not a core subject, but a very important subject area for the things that are going on now in this world. So I am able to make a difference in the lives of my students, by educating them of various health related issues.

3. What do you like the most about HCM? What I enjoy most is the realness of the people…we are who we are. Not as much faking as other places. Our Pastor continues to grow and expand himself and as he grows so do we. The burden to be relevant to this generation is awesome. What is your current profession/career/occupation?: English, Science and Algebra I Teacher 

1. What is your passion? My passion is for the youth. God has given me a love for young male seeds, who are fatherless or who just need a male figure to reaffirm who they are. My desire is to deposit into the lives of these young males so that they can grow up to be Godly men. 
2. What is your favorite movie, TV show, sport, or sports team? My favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean (entire trilogy); my favorite television show is Bill Cosby; my favorite sport is football and I like the Washington Redskins.
3. Do you enjoy your job/career? If so, why? I definitely enjoy being a teacher because I have a gifting to impart into the lives of the students and I love to teach. I enjoy developing a relationship with the students and love to see that “light bulb” come on when they understand or grasp a concept. 
4. Where in the world would you want to visit that you haven’t been to? The places that I would like to visit that I have not been to are Europe, Australia, Asia, and Brazil. 
5. Do you have any educational goals to accomplish? The educational goals that I would like to accomplish would be to receive my Master’s Degree in education.

What is your current profession/career/occupation?: Sociology Major looking to counsel underprivileged teenagers

1. What is your passion? I have a tremendous passion to reach young women, helping them to understand, know and believe their divine worth in Christ Jesus. It is my earnest desire for women to walk in true confidence never accepting any substitutes. I want all women to know their purpose and to believe wholeheartedly that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, never waiting for a man to tell them so, but believing what the Word says about them.
My other passion is fashion. WOW! I love to help men, women and children look good and feel great about themselves both inside and out. I get excited shopping and choosing clothes, shoes and accessories that will perfect physical appearance as well as build confidence. I love to help people feel their absolute best and genuinely to see people happy with life!
2. What do you like the most about HCM? I love the realness about HCM and the transparency of its members. I love that we are family and that everyone is constantly pressing toward that mark in their life. HCM is Word-centered environment that shuns complacency and creates an atmosphere where individuals are challenged to spiritual heights and extreme personal growth. We are taught not to settle for less and to rebel against low expectations. If one does not wish to grow, one will become quite uncomfortable at HCM. I love that! Never in my life have I been so proud to be a part of such an amazing team of people.
3. Where in the world would you want to visit that you haven’t been to? I am excited to travel to Africa and London one day. Hopefully very, very soon!
4. What do you think should be the priority of this country–the USA? I am ready for the United States to overcome the tragic War on Poverty. It is unsettling to know that children all over the country go to bed hungry, or that millions of Americans do not have health care. There are far too many illiterate and uneducated individuals. This is a problem that should not be ignored. When I begin to see a narrowing between the rich and poor, the haves and have nots, then I will be more comfortable with my outlook on our country.
5. What person living or dead do you admire the most? I admire my mother Pamela F. Woods and my sister Sharlene W. Hawkins for being women of strength, virtue, courage and integrity. These two women are my real life heroes. I also admire Condoleezza Rice, Oprah Winfrey, Betsey Johnson, President Barack Obama and my own father James S. Woods, Sr.

4. If you could change one thing in your life what would that be? I would have a better relationship with my mother.
5. What do you like the most about HCM? Come as you are, no rules, no exceptions; sit under the Word and together we will give God glory on one accord.
6. Do you enjoy your job/career? If so, why? I think my job is awesome. I love working with numbers, taxes, payroll, financial statements, etc. I think it is what I was meant to do (for now). 
7. Where in the world would you want to visit that you haven’t been to? Aruba – my dream vacation. 
8. What is your most interesting goal that you haven’t achieved as of yet? Owning an emergency or shortterm group home for preteens/teens.
9. What do you think should be the priority of this country–the USA? Restoring jobs so hard working men and women and children won’t go homeless and hungry.
10. What has been the biggest change in your life? Walking on Water.
