Armor Bearers Ministry
Individuals involved in this ministry have the responsibility of caring for the needs of others. This ministry
affords you the opportunity to love not just in words but in actions by encouraging, praying, and ministering to the needs of the men and women of GOD.
Audio/Sound Ministry
This ministry allows individuals in using advanced forms of technology to make sure that individuals are heard clearly and distinctly as they ministry the word of GOD and to capture the audio on CDs and the visual on DVDs for reproduction and distribution.
CARE Group Ministry
This ministry serves as a core element of the HCM Family to provide in-home Bible Study and fellowship among the members geographically. It also affords group accountability and a means to build more personal interaction and relationships outside of the formal worship services. Children's Ministry
The purpose of the Children’s Ministry is to create an avenue where we can develop young minds with the support of their families in understanding GOD’s Word in relationship to daily living through Children's Church as well as outside activities for fellowship and enjoyment. Out intent is to focus on the Children’s GOD given talents and abilities and help them to develop them for GOD’s Glory.
Church Administration
The purpose of this ministry is to offer an organizing umbrella to help bring all ministry components into alignment with GOD’s design for HCM and to stay connected with the vision, goals, and plans that GOD has purposed for us to do.
Compassion Ministry
The heart of this ministry is to carry out acts of kindness for those within and connected to the HCM Family who may have lost loves ones, who are sick, or just in need of encouragement or assistance for various reasons.
Dance Ministry
This ministry is designed to create diverse forms of dance that can reach every age group that comes through the doors of HCM. The ministry’s main objective is to take the Believer into another level of praise and worship to our FATHER GOD thereby creating an environment that allows the HOLY SPIRIT to have HIS way to minister to all in attendance……….saved and unsaved through dance.
Deacon’s/Stewarts Ministry
This ministry’s objective is to assist in maintaining the overall infrastructure of the ministry to see that the services and ministries are carried out smoothly and efficiently and the needs of the people are attended to.
Finance/Accounting Ministry
This mission statement of this ministry is - with the guidance of the Holy Spirit the Finance/ Accounting Team is responsible for being stewards over the finances at High Calling Ministries. They are committed to ensuring that HCM is in good financial health, that the assets are protected and resources are used appropriately. They will allow the Lord to use their services to enhance and enrich His Kingdom through obedience and good stewardship over His finances. Greeters Ministry
The purpose of the Greeters Ministry is to create a warm welcoming environment for those attending worship services at HCM. Greeters represent the church in a very visible way and help ensure the congregation’s needs are attended to during the worship service, as well as assist with the smooth operation within the service. Greeters are a vital part of the infrastructure of the services at HCM.
Intercessory Prayer Ministry
The intercessory prayer ministry is the backbone of HCM. The purpose of this ministry is to have men and women who will continually intercede in prayer to FATHER GOD on behalf of others (saved and unsaved); our homes, communities and the world’s condition; as well as interceding for continued vision, guidance and direction of the move of GOD in our midst. They will call upon GOD in light of HIS WORD and stand in faith on HIS precious promises until manifestation, deliverance or peace is given.
Marriage Enrichment Ministry
How many times have you heard my marriage is good, I don’t need to go on retreats, get counseling, or go to functions for couples because we are okay. Well if that is you, then I hate to tell you my friend, you may miss out on what GOD has for you because why settle for okay when you can have extraordinary! We all know marriages today are under attack. We don’t need to tell you the statistics, all you need to do is look around and see what’s going on. So we recommend that you use every available tool, resource, and aid to strengthen and enrich GOD’s number one institution – even before the church, GOD made husband and wife.
Our marriage enrichment ministry doesn’t just start when you get married, it starts prior to marriage with pre-marital counseling which affords you to discuss everything to included; but not limited to; friendship, relationship, finances, family structure, and purpose for your lives. Proper preparation, prevents poor performance, so in order for us to enrich your marriage we first must prepare you to get ready to perform the role that GOD has designed for you to come together as husband and wife. Now I bet you are asking yourself how is this going to happen, well the best thing we can say is come and join us and watch GOD enhance, enrich, rebuild, restore, and/or ignite passions in your marriage beyond your wildest dreams. When you think of enrichment think of getting better, and better, and healthier in your relationship with your spouse……………every year your love should become stronger, your communication should improve, and GOD can take you and your spouse to heights in your marriage that others will look at and wonder? – “Okay, what are they doing because whatever it is I want to do it too.” So hey, when you come bring another couple we don’t mind, but just make sure that you are there. So come on, we promise you it will be a good investment in your marriage that can benefit you for years to come.
Men’s Ministry
How many times have we heard all the men are in jail, on drugs, pimping or just no good….the question rises --- “where are the real men?”. Well in order to begin to be a real man you have to first understand who you are and whose you are. The purpose of this ministry is to bring all males to an understanding of their purpose, role, and responsibilities of being a regenerated Adam in their home, community, vocation and church as it pertains to the WORD of GOD. You will build and establish relationships with men who either have the same struggles that you possess or have been where you are thereby allowing you to keep it real and be honest in discussing the realities of everyday life. You will have accountability partners that will encourage you but also chess you up to help you become the man of GOD you were called to be. So if you are ready to become a man in every sense of what that is in CHRIST then this Ministry is definitely for you.
Music Ministry
The primary objective of the Music Ministry is to set the atmosphere and the tone of the house, so that the people of GOD may be able to come in and collectively worship, praise, and stretch out in their gifts and talents to the LORD.
Outreach/Discipleship Ministry
The purpose of the Outreach Ministry is to facilitate the spreading of the GOSPEL of JESUS outside of the local HCM assembly. This ministry affords individuals the opportunities to reach out in various communities to individuals who may never step inside of any church building. Our responsibility is take the word to the streets! Also this ministry serves to help disciple new converts and believers into Kingdom life.
Performing Arts Ministry
The primary purpose of this ministry is to display the GOD given gifts, talents and skills in a public setting to glorify GOD, to minister and encourage those in attendance, and to present a platform that will draw the unsaved unto salvation. This ministry does not seek to merely entertain but to provide an avenue that is wholesome and enjoyable for the entire family, attract others who would not normally come to a church service, and seek to teach unity, discipline and unconditional love amongst the members of this ministry. Senior Saints Ministry
This ministry focuses on our "Primetime" Senior Saints. Those who are advancing in years are encouraged to finish the race that is set before them and to reflect on their Blessings and to share the Good News of the Gospel right where they are.
Women’s Ministry
The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is to bring all females to an understanding of their purpose, role and responsibilities of being a regenerated Eve (life-giver) in their home, community, vocation and church. We stress accountability and praying for one another that GOD will strengthen us in our weaknesses and enrich us in our everyday lives to be well rounded women of GOD, wives, daughters, mothers and impacting other women for HIM.
